1. 动火作业定义

| Definition of Hot Work

凡涉及明火、高温或产生火花的作业，包括焊接、切割、打磨、烘烤、喷灯加热等，均属于动火作业。

Hot work refers to operations involving open flames, high temperatures, or spark generation, such as welding, cutting, grinding, torch heating, etc.

2. 动火作业许可 | Hot Work Permit

所有动火作业必须办理《动火作业许可证》，未经批准不得施工。

A valid Hot Work Permit must be obtained before starting any hot work. Unauthorized operations are prohibited.

动火前须经负责人审批，明确作业时间、地点、人员及监护人。

The permit must specify time, location, operators, and fire watch, and be approved by the supervisor.

3. 动火前安全准备

| Pre-Work Safety Preparation

清除作业区10米内的易燃可燃物。

Remove flammable/combustible materials within 10 meters.

准备灭火器、水桶或消防水带。

Keep fire extinguishers, water buckets, or hoses nearby.

检查设备有无可燃气体或油渍。

Inspect for flammable gases or oil residues.

安排持证监护人现场监护。

Assign a certified fire watch during the operation.

4. 作业期间注意事项

| Precautions During Hot Work

穿戴防火服、手套、护目镜、面罩等PPE。

Wear flame-resistant PPE: gloves, goggles, face shields.

禁止在压力容器、密闭空间作业。

No hot work on pressurized or confined areas.

保持通风，防止烟雾聚集。 Ensure good ventilation。

禁止无人监护或擅自离岗。 Do not leave work unattended or without supervision.

5. 作业完成后

清理现场，确认无火种残留。

Clean up and ensure no ignition source remains.

监护30分钟，防复燃。

Maintain fire watch for 30+ minutes to prevent re-ignition.

注销并归档《动火作业许可证》。

Cancel and archive the hot work permit.

6. 违规处理

违反规定将严肃处理，严重者追究法律责任。
